This session will present how to create a Google Form to track small group instruction for writing, guided reading, and math groups. It will also go over tracking behavior for students, data for reading levels, letters/sounds, etc. The session will go over how you can then share the information gathered for T-TESS, PDSAs, Hallway graphs, etc. Participants will create their own form to track their desired data. Session is aimed at teachers new to using Google Forms.
