If you would like to increase your knowledge and usage of Achieve3000’s differentiated literacy platform, join us for a session of best practices for use with our Pro solutions. We will identify close-reading techniques to utilize during the 5-Step Literacy Routine to deepen students’ comprehension of informational text by building their reading stamina and strength. During the session, participants will experience a model lesson so that they can identify ways to best support their students as they use the platform. Participants will also learn collaborative discussion techniques, develop an implementation plan to establish student expectations for close reading using digital annotation tools and graphic organizers, as well as map out a plan to help customize the lessons to align to instructional goals.
